I offer a comfortable and non-judgemental approach which is respectful and culturally sensitive. I only employ therapeutic approaches which have demonstrated efficacy in clinical research. I am passionate about my practice and the emotional growth and
personal-development of individuals.
In my 20s and early 30s I worked as Social Worker in the UK, Canada and Australia and later returned to study psychology completing my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2010. During my psychology studies I was recognised by the Australian Psychological Society and awarded a Mental Health Postgraduate Scholarship for my academic performance and promise in the area of mental health. I later received a commendation for excellence upon completing my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2010.
I have special interest in the treatment of Anxiety particularly Panic Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, adult survivors of sexual assault and helping empower women to assert their needs in relationships.
