Clinical pyschology service to assist with:
- Depression or low mood, which may include tearfulness, sleep or appetite difficulties, hopelessness, loss of pleasure/interest, diminished motivation and self-esteem, and suicidal thoughts;
- Mood swings;
- Bipolar Disorder;
- Trauma including recent or past physical or sexual abuse or assault;
- Anxiety including that related to social situations, performance, panic, and general worry;
- Relationship and interpersonal concerns or difficulty;
- Stress;
- Low self-esteem;
- Identity exploration and development;
- Self reflection and personal growth;
- Academic or work performance difficulties including procrastination, perfectionism and poor time management;
- Grief and loss; and
- Adjustment to change, including relocation, job loss, marriage and birth/adoption of a child.
