* Mailing Address: PO Box 2900, FITZROY, VIC, 3065* The Cardiac Rehabilitation program - run through the St Vincent's Health Restoring Health Program (Program 1) - operates over a period of 14 weeks and is conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30AM - 12:30PM.* The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program (Program 2) - run through the Physiotherapy Department - operates over a period of 8 weeks and is conducted on Wednesday afternoons.* For more information on the Cardiac Rehabilitation programs, please contact the Clinical Coordinator (Restoring Health Program) or the Cardiac Rehab Physio.
