Additional information

Endocrinology services for adult patients are provided in Central Outpatients located in Building 1, Level 2 of the Canberra Hospital. The service is free for those referred to the Hospital. For those privately referred to a specific physician the service is bulk billed. A medical referral is required for an appointment. The referral is triaged and scanned into a database. The patient is then contacted with an appointment time, either by letter or phone call from the Central Outpatient Department staff.
