Information sessions at Gungahlin Child and Family Centre are on every third Tuesday of the month starting 1:30pm and end at 3:00pm.
No appointment is required for this information session.
A physiotherapy information session is an opportunity for you to come with your questions covering the first year post-natal. We can provide information about your health such as post natal recovery exercises and general exercise advice, back and pelvic care, wrist, feet, knees and general musculoskeletal care, and pelvic floor, bladder and bowel issues.
We can also provide information for your baby regarding tummy time ideas, head shape issues, head preferences and positional talipes.
