We provide self-management education to optimise glycaemic control including:
- interventional management of diabetes
- newly diagnosed and pre-existing types 1 & 2 diabetes
- treatments, oral, incretin and insulin therapy
- type 2 suboptimal glycaemic control or presence of glucotoxicity
- steroid induced hyperglycaemia
- treatments, continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion pumps
- glucose monitoring
- carbohydrate counting
- young adults transitioning to adult care
- education post discharge.
