The Healthy Ageing team provides a range of services to help older people, people with a disability and their carers, to maintain a healthy, active and independent lifestyle in their own home and within our community and to prevent inappropriate admission to long-term residential care.
The Healthy Ageing team progressively develops and implements a range of programs, activities and events targeting a diverse resident and visiting population of older people and people with disabilities.
