The diabetes education team includes nurses, dietitians, podiatrists, and physiotherapists. We offer an opportunity to learn about diabetes and its management. Services available include comprehensive assessment, individual consultation, group programs and ongoing support to those who live within the City of Kingston.
Diabetes education group programs are conducted on each site and run over 8 weeks, cost is $35.
