Access criteria:
Anyone experiencing difficulty with alcohol or other drug use, or an immediate family.
Our priority group are those who do not already have a General Practitioner (GP)
- Wants continuing care through the clinic
- Emergency or brief intervention.
A health assessment by the practice nurse is undertaken first to triage each new client prior to booking their GP appointment.
Access criteria:
