Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is an independent, locally run, not-for-profit company that supports primary healthcare activities in the Gold Coast region. It works with health care professionals, agencies and the community to build one world-class health system for the Gold Coast, with an objective of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients – particularly those at risk of poor outcomes – and to improve coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
