The Families Change Team provides learning opportunities to individuals and families who are interested in identifying and strengthening skills and knowledge to support family relationships, parenting and early childhood development. Services include: Play Bus- The Play Bus is a mobile van that visits local communities offering families the opportunity to connect with resource workers while allowing their children a space to play and develop. Early Years Education- This program is a centre based child care service for children 18 months to five years of age. At Limited Hours Child Care, children enjoy the achievements of what they can do independent of family members. Play & Grow- Come and share your morning with other parents with young children. This is a facilitated group, with creative activities and learning opportunities offered free of charge. Sing & Grow- A ten week music group that focuses on early bonding and attachment activities using singing and rhyme.This course is designed for children 0-4 years and their parents/carers. Skills developed include sharing, having fun, speech, connecting with others, waiting and bonding.
