Heather Hill Home Care provides assistance to the elderly within our community who require support to remain in their homes, additional one-on-one care in nursing facilities or assistance to undertake other activities such as doing their shopping, attending special occasions or getting to appointments with other allied health care professionals.
Heather Hill Home Care offers a broad range of services to enhance the quality of life and maximize the client's independence whilst understanding that a client's needs are always uniquely different and may change over time.
Our Personal Carers are all highly professional and experienced nurses who hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) and current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates.
The feedback from our clients has always focused on the friendly and professional nature of our staff and our commitment to providing individualised care for each of our clients.
