Parentline assists callers to:
obtain a better understanding of the way their family works,believe in themselves and their own skills and strengths, reflect on and develop strategies for changing how things are done in their family in a way that suits their individual family's needs, access over-the-phone training through the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) developed by the University of Queensland
