Victim Assist Queensland is a division of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General. Victims may apply for financial assistance, receive information about the Fundamental Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime (victims rights principles), as well as referral to support services to assist their recovery from an act of violent crime.
