Additional information
A team of health professionals provide an 8-week day rehabilitation program that supports and empowers individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through education, exercise and assessments. This program is provided to people with early onset Parkinson's Disease or other Neurodegenerative diseases and those at risk of falling over or becoming frail. Clients attend 3 half days per week to take part in exercise classes and hear how to best manage their health needs.
