- Alcoholics Anonymous support group: Thursdays 1.00PM - 2.00PM. AA is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
- COMPASS:every second Wednesday 5:30pm - 7:30pm. COMPASS aims to help family members navigate through this difficult period, exploring strategies, providing information, support and resources, managing self care and wellbeing.
- Narcotics Anonymous: Mondays 12.30PM - 1.30PM. NA members can learn how to live drug free and recover from the effects of addiction.
- SMART Recovery: Tuesdays 10.30 - 12.00, Wednesdays 11.00AM - 12.30PM (womens group) and 5.30PM - 7.00PM, Fridays 3.00PM-4.30PM. Self Management And Recovery Training (SMART) is a peer managed, self help group that assists people recover from alcohol and other drug dependencies.
- ADAPT: Fridays 10.30AM - 12.00PM. 3 session program aimed at providing education around the impact of substance use and strategies to change. Open to anyone thinking of changing or adapting their alcohol and/or drug use.
- Mindful Self-compassion: Thursdays 10.00AM-11.45AM (bookings required). Learn how to relax, to quieten your mind, to be more grounded and practical in your daily life.
