Natasha provides a trauma sensitive collaborative approach in her work as a psychologist and EMDR therapist.  Natasha is a holistic and integrative practitioner, drawing upon a range of evidence-based modalities including: EMDR.  somatic/sensorimotor, compassion based and cognitive behaviour therapies, guided imagery, parts work, attachment and mindfulness approaches.

Free specialist psychological treatment services for people throughout the perinatal period. Support is also provided to their partners, who have experienced birth trauma, pregnancy related loss or who are going through assisted reproduction. Maximum of 10 free individual psychological counselling sessions.
