The Hospital in the Home program offered by Peel Health Campus aims to provide a range of home-based acute care services for people who would otherwise require treatment as an inpatient in the hospital. It is operated by experienced senior registered nurses with advanced clinical and communication skills. Hospital in the Home patients are able to choose to have their treatment provided in the comfort of their own home or to attend the Hospital in the Home Clinic.
