At the Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Caroline Springs Community Health Centres a variety of conditions are treated with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention and management of chronic disease.

Melton Health & Community Services

The Paediatric Physiotherapy Department at Melton Health provides services for children aged 0-15 years (inclusive), with priority currently given to pre-school aged children.

The department provides assessment and treatment for children with a range of conditions, including, but not limited to, gross motor delays, neurodevelopmental conditions, plagio cephaly, torticollis, talipes, orthopaedic conditions and sporting injuries.

Sporting injuries and orthopaedic conditions may also be managed by the adult physiotherapy department.
Services are centre based.

Melton Health

At Melton Health, Physiotherapists provide a comprehensive initial rehabilitation service for acute conditions aiming to restore each patient's functional independence within the limitations of their condition or injury. Physiotherapists are involved in the Orthopaedic, Chronic Disease Management, Day Rehabilitation and General Medicine programs.
