We provide individual advocacy and support to Aboriginal consumers experiencing a problem with a health service, linking in with our Advocacy Team.

Services provided

 - Early street level interventions to address social and welfare issues for Aboriginal people who are at risk in public spaces.Outreach Patrols in Fremantle, Midland, South East Corridor, North Corridor, City of Vincent and Northbridge and at the Crown Perth Complex.

      - Day Patrols in Midland, Fremantle, North & South East Corridors: Tuesday to Thursday 11.00am – 7.00pm

      - Evening Patrols at City of Vincent: Monday – Friday 1.00pm – 9.00pm

      - Night Patrols at Fremantle, South East Corridor, Northbridge & Crown Perth: Friday and Saturday nights 8.00pm – 4.00am

Target Groups

 - Aboriginal people in public spaces who are at risk of self harm, family violence, homelessness, substance abuse and of coming into contact with police.

Nyoongar Patrol Outreach Service

Community Legal Centre specialised in mental health. We provide free advice and representation to people with a mental illness, law reform and community education.

Mental Health Law Centre

We provide social and health services to the community including addiction, aged care, counselling, court and prison, disability, domestic violence, employment, family support, family tracing, homeless, migrant and youth and children's services.

Salvation Army Western Australia

Womens Health and Family Services provides a wide variety of programs and services for women, their children, and families across WA.

Luma: for her health and wellbeing

Peer Based Harm Reduction WA (formerly known as WASUA) provides non-judgmental, friendly peer based support, information and education, advocacy and harm reduction services and services aimed at reducing the transmission of Blood Borne Viruses and Sexually Transmitted Infections associated with drug use amongst the community in WA.
