Wentworth Health Service is a small rural hospital and health service that provides limited first line emergency services and nursing home type services. It provides a range of primary and community health services.

If you need to use our facility for a medical reason, we have two local Physicians with Visiting Rights and 25 local General Practitioners who can care for you at Mildura Private Hospital. There is a 2 bed High Dependency Unit available for your more complex care if required. Staff Medical Officer, Dr Donald Hartley is available to provide assistance in all patient care in cooperation with your own treating Doctor.

Patient accommodation comprises both single and shared rooms that are modern and well equipped, with ensuite bathroom and toilet facilities, direct dialling STD telephone and remote controlled TV with cable TV included.

Loxton Hospital Complex

The Barmera Hospital is a 20 bed facility for people receiving acute medical treatment, 81 residential care places and 62 independent living units on site and part of the Riverland Health Services. Maternity Service at Berri Campus. Riverland Community Health Services provide therapeutic nursing and allied health professional services, specialised assessment, in home support services, health promotion and advice on health issues.
