Depression-Anxiety Program is designed to help you manage the symptoms of depression and anxiety at the same time. This program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has been developed by psychologists and researchers from the National eTherapy Centre at Swinburne University.
If you reside in Australia, you can also sign up to their free Therapist Assist option to access 12 weeks of support from their therapists while you use the program.
The program will help you understand the symptoms you have been experiencing and teach you strategies to improve your wellbeing and mental health. The content aims to provide useful information and to introduce skills that can help you to manage symptoms and alleviate distress. You can do Depression-Anxiety at your own pace, and engage with the materials you find most helpful.
