What this medicine is used for

Patient preoperative skin preparation for skin antisepsis prior to percutaneous procedures and vascular access, including catheter insertion. To provide an antiseptic protective barrier against skin irritation due to dressing adhesives. For routine catheter site care on dry skin at intervals up to 3 days.
