For topical application in the treatment of dermatophyte infections of the skin: tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea manus, and tinea pedis due to Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis, and Epidermophyton flocculosum; in the treatment of cutaneous candidiasis and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor.
