ò To treat patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension classified as WHO functional classes II and III, to improve exercise capacity. ò Efficacy has been shown in primary pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary hypertension associated with connective tissue disease. ò The efficacy of sildenafil has not been evaluated in patients currently on bosentan therapy.
