The Suicide Call Back Service is a free nationwide service providing 24/7 phone and online counselling to people affected by suicide.

How Suicide Call Back Service can help

Suicide Call Back Service is a 24/7 national professional telephone and online counselling service for people affected by suicide.

This includes:

  • people at risk of suicide
  • people worried about someone who may be suicidal
  • people bereaved by suicide
  • professionals working with suicidal clients

The service includes a 24/7 telephone counselling service for immediate crisis support. This is complemented by ongoing support for eligible clients through four telephone counselling sessions with the same counsellor. Online counselling is also available through the Suicide Call Back Service website.
