RACGP Healthy Habits is a digital health support program developed by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in partnership with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care.
Healthy Habits provides support, education and motivation for Australian adults to make steps changes to their lifestyle for improved mental and physical wellbeing.
The Healthy Habits app empowers users to set simple personalised goals to move more, eat well or sleep better and track their progress over time.
Patients can connect their app to their GP and the practice team to track patient progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement via a clinician dashboard.
The Healthy Habits Resource Hub offers a one-stop shop for high quality, evidence-based resources that have been compiled by the RACGP to support clinicians and app users along their journey to taking active steps to better health.
